Access
Access is Metro’s shared-ride, point-to-point transportation service for individuals whose disabilities prevent them from independently utilizing the system’s fixed routes. Access operates during the same days and hours as Metro’s fixed routes. The Access fare is $4.00.
People with Disabilities interested in using Proline must complete and submit this application form and undergo an in-person transportation skills assessment.
