CARTS
CARTs offers point-to-point transit service in and around Columbiana County Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Service hours are extended to 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM in East Liverpool and Wellsville. Saturday service is available from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM in Salem/Columbiana and East Liverpool/Wellsville. No preregistration is required. Trips must be scheduled in advance.
Fares range from $1.80 in town, $3.30 for town to town, $4.30 for zone to zone, up to $20 for out of county trips.
