What is EZConnect?
The EZConnect Call Center is a centralized one-call regional program designed to allow transit users across multiple counties to utilize a single phone number and website for easy access to public transportation services.
This program will improve and simplify paratransit reservations, ride scheduling, dispatching, and customer relations services to large regions with multiple public transportation providers.

For the initial phase of EZConnect, Metro will be handling after-hours calls for both Metro and BCRTA.
Supported by NEORide, the EZConnect project has received over 2 million in federal and state grant funding.
When calling EZConnect, customer service agents can provide information regarding;

Where your bus is (fixed route or paratransit)

Allow for cancelation of any BGo, Saferide, BCare, Metro Access or MetroNow services.

Review and assist with existing rides.

Provide information regarding EZfare payments.

The EZConnect call center operates from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (after the BCRTA and Metro call center closes for the day). All telephone calls to their call centers will be forwarded to the EZConnect centralized information center.

For Metro and BCRTA transit customers, additional late night customer service call hours will now be available beginning February 3rd from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Specifically designated EZConnect call takers will be answering after hour calls for both Metro and BCRTA.

What is One Seat Ride?
The One Seat Ride project, a collaboration between Metro, BCRTA and TANK, aims to enhance ADA paratransit service by allowing certified riders to schedule regional trips (trips that cross transit service area boundaries) with a single ride. This innovative service simplifies travel planning, eliminates the need for transfers, and fosters a more interconnected system.
