Delaware County Transit Flex Privacy Policy

Flex operated by Delaware County Transit is based in Ohio. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site or use our app. We may also collect this information when you order items or services from our site/use our app. Personally identifiable information is defined as information that can be used to distinguish or trace an individual's identity, either alone or when combined with other information that is linked or linkable to a specific individual. Your information collected through the site/app may be stored and processed in the United States, Europe, or any country in which our storage providers may locate servers. We may transfer information that we collect about you, including personal information, to other third parties across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world for such storage purposes. We closely monitor the regulations in all jurisdictions where we believe our storage providers are located.  

How do we protect your information?

We are concerned with protecting your privacy and data, but we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us or guarantee that your information gathered through the site/app may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our safeguards. Our Retention of Your Information

We will retain your information for as long as necessary but no longer than one (1) year after your last visit to our site/last use of our app.
